That huge sucking sound that was heard when people were
drilling for oil and ran into a salt mine. For those who haven't seen what happened, it took down barges, boats and more. This is sourced from the history channel where it has played several times. One could consider this the world's largest example of a toilet bowl.

1. that looks interesting.
Unfortunately, my POS computer generally only allows the first minute of anything on Youtube to download. Anything beyond that first first minute or so remains a mystery.

2. I hope you can catch it on the history channel sometime... the
lake drained into a salt mine for over a day or so.... all miners got out, but man what it did to the lake... UNREAL.

4. That's pretty scary stuff but I can't -imagine- the drilling contractor
not knowing there was a working salt mine under there...sheesh.

9. What was even worse was the giant cow who came to lick the salt bed.
Udder catastrophe, that was.
