With Bushroll you get confusion
It doesn't make any sense.

Okay. First we say he's lying.

That he always lies. You know, "He's a deceiver.... I don't believe any he says". I'm paraphrasing Shrubbilicious here. We "KNOW" he's a liar, he says like a stuck record.

Am I right, here?

But on the other hand we interrogate him to figure out whether he knows anything about the "missing" WMD. And somehow expect a truthful answer to come from the lips of a man we've called a liar seven ways 'till Sunday.

Of course, he does give us the answer that we don't want to hear. You know like he destroyed most of those weapons right after the Gulf War twelve years ago and the rest were cleaned up by UN inspectors. And this whole thing is just a sorry excuse to invade Iraq dreamed up in the corridors of Washington D.C.

Now what would be our reaction if he had said, "Sure, I got those weapons", and eight, nine, ten months later we still couldn't find them? Sure, he'd be lying, (no surprise there) if they weren't in Iraq. But at least we got an admission, right? Despite the fact that it would be a... um, lie.

So I have to ask; what's the point of asking him in the first place?
