Uncle Larry, you have an education and even worked in Washington bureaucracy. You even voted Dem until the past ten years or so. Now you're lobbying for that obnoxious Republican friend of my brother's. What happened to you? Did you give up your true beliefs to fit in? I can understand the allure. At times I think it would be easier to just give in. Maybe it's easier to give in when you're a white male who had a cushy job in the Washington bureaucracy.

Is giving in the same as selling out? As I fight for my own mind, it certainly feels like it.
