"Robb the Vote 2004" begins well
...In my ongoing effort to register my entire little town to vote, I took care of the first two streets, of which there are about a dozen, today. Left about ten flyers behind, saying what I was up to, and that I'd be back -- and put papers in the hands of 22 people who weren't registered today!

I know for a fact at least 10 of them are Democrats, just from what they said; when I get through town, probably by Friday (I'm starting earlier, and not quitting at noon tomorrow), I'll wait a week, and follow up.

So at least ten more votes against * that might not have been, and much more participation! :bounce:

I am now officially a Door-To-Door Democracy Dingbat. :)

4. You're in Colorado, right?
If you find yourself in the Washington Park area of Denver before 12/22, or in the Berkeley neighborhood after that, knock on my sister's door and kick her in the head (figuratively) a few times for me. Not that she'll appreciate the disturbance while she's moving, but too bad.

She's allegedly still registered at my parent's old address (in Illinois, where she hasn't ever been for an election), but she's never voted. She's 25. She thinks Shrub is an idiot. She needs to vote.
