Can anyone help me out with Outlook?
I'm trying to send an e-mail with outlook and it says I exceeded my storage limit. So then I went and deleted all my inbox messages and deleted my deleted folder. Even after that, it still tells me I've exceeded my storage limit.

What???

2. On the left side there, where your folders are..
There should be an Archive, Mailbox and Outlook Today. Look in the mailbox expansion and see if there is stuff to be deleted there. I used to delete stuff remotely and that stuff still remained on the server under that tab. I got a similar message. When I deleted that stuff, everything was fine.

4. empty your deleted items
then quit outlook, wait 5 minutes, then go back.

If your exchange server is slow, it may take it time to sort it all out.

5. Better yet. Empty your trash, find the add/remove programs
and remove outlook from your computer, and get a program that is not such a resource hog.
