GlidePath - The Song That Almost Was
Edited on Wed Dec-17-03 10:13 PM by Hardhead
I submitted the following song and was invited to have it included on the first album of exotic music by members of the Shroomery (dot-org). Alas, technical problems have precluded me from being included on time, but if anyone here is into goa/psy-trance, here's my 2nd recorded composition, GlidePath, under my alternate identity, Tongue In Groove.

It's a psy/trance soundscape with aboriginal overtones owing as much to Tosca as to Phillip Glass and DJ Shadow. The beat hangs waaaaaay back, just about to fall over. The bass wants to kick your woofer's ass. It's 3:32 and weighs in at 1.6 MB. I've been deeply gratified to have people who are much better musicians than I say good things about it. Perhaps you'll enjoy it. If not, post back and say, "That really sucks, Hardhead." I don't mind.
