Should HEyHEY sample the local......opposite sex?

I'm in this small little town, most of the girls I've met (few so far) seem quite nice. But I have been warned by everyman to stay away from them.....

I don't know. I've never been one for looking for easy one night stands but does that mean I should just stay away from every girl in town?
That's the warning I've gotten...what do you think?

Maybe you should just spend some time with them (not dating) to see for yourself. Just sample the local nightlife.

"You'll get something" :shrug: I think they are being a bit over cautious...nightlire? Nah it's one of those bar and brawl towns unless you go to the only safe bar.

If there's a lot more guys than girls, that may mean that the women have, um, gotten around.

There's bound to be a few nice girls in town. Check the library.

But Lethbridge is only an hour one way and Fernie is 45 minutes another another...I have a buddy at the Lethbridge University ( so I can meet girls that way) and Fernie attracts lots of liberal type girls...

BUt the couple I met at the pub last night seemed very nice, couldn't stay long though was tired and the hockey game was on, later on I found out my buddies hung out with them for the rest of the night (One of my co-workers is from here and knows them) and supposedly they are cool. So, if there's more like them I'm happy.
