I'm watching the movie "Proof" - wow!

I had the privilege of seeing it on stage, and it totally blew me away.

I'm now finally seeing the mvie version with Anthony Hopkins (God) and Gwyneth Paltrow (an amazing and insufficiently kudo-ed actor) and others. For the most part, a really good rendition of the play. A few stupid things were added that were unnecessary (such as all characters beyond the four that were in the play, and a few other things), but overall, this baby is holding to the play and simply wonderful!

All the actors are beyond wonderful in this. A truly well-done film.

I agree. I can't figure out why she inspires such venom in people; alot of people seem to really despise her for whatever reason. I get the feeling when I see her in interviews that she is incredibly intelligent and that her beauty is kind of a hindrance to that being appreciated, and she knows it. I've never seen her in anything that she didn't do a fantastic job in.

Maybe no Judi Dench, but then, no one else is. She is a great actor.
