I can't sleep. HELP!

I always try to not hold on to those thoughts that keep me up. Which can be as mundane, like what I am going to cook for dinner. Or did I remember to lock the doors (that one gets me out of bed!)

Whats the source of your sleeplessness?

9. I usually get them

or the generic version of them, they work a lot better IMO. I use to use Simply Sleep all the time, but I guess I was predisposed to not feel its effects, I mean, I would take 4-5, and not feel a damn thing. When I take the tylenol pm, or any generic one, i take 2-3, and it puts me down in about an hour or so....
