Don't know how I got to this on YouTube but I drove my family crazy with this song around 19 years ago (its been that long!). He needs some material.

1. You might want to change your password...
Apparently, some malicious person has used your account to post a message saying that "Rick Astley is a good singer". Luckily, the vandal posted something so incredibly bizarre that no one could believe it's really CP posting...

:)

2. Yeah he's a good singer.
I'm not so sure about his choice of music but then again, I haven't heard him for years. We used to laugh in amazement at his huge voice!

6. He was this dainty little control freak who was SOOOOO careful about his
precious voice... he didn't have the stamina to be a touring type performer and was this delicate little hot house flower type of guy.

He wasn't cut out for the show on the road, that's for sure. He was often prone to tempter tantrums and tears, and he only had one singing style, he wasn't versatile at all.

Just my personal experience with him.

10. There's lots to be said for a great voice. I'm with you.
I love Karen Carpenter too. And X, The Pretenders, Parlaiment/Funkadelic, Bob Wills, and so on.

Pure. solid talent counts in music, too!

I don't care for musical fascism one little bit.

16. I think so
But only in that "voice don't fit the face" kind of way.

He had the face of a 12 year old unic and the voice of Barry White.
