I have one of those but I never use it. It's supposed to be really good for your abs but I can't ever seem to find the right position to make it 'burn' so I just do stuff on the floor, like crunches. I know there are some great things your can do on them but I just never end up using it. Mine is blue, btw. I have a great big blue ball.

Honestly. My wife bought one just like that but blue for excersing years ago, and then we got given another blue one just by chance when she was pregnant with our first child.
