yes, I'm one of those contraptions that people put charcoal and mesquite in on days like Labor Day, set it on fire, and put pieces of animals on to burn to a crisp.

Please, don't call me a hibachi. Or a grill. I am a certified, and certifiable smoker.

Please be kind to me this Labor Day!

I have a smoker and smoke meats on occasion.

Neighbors often yell over that the smell of my cooking makes them look bad.

I smoke cigarettes and cigars often, inside and out.

I'm also a joker and a midnight toker.

at our recent TEX-MEX-CAJUN family reunion in Weimar, TEXAS!
Ribs, brisket, "Beer-Butt" chicken, kielbasa, Mexican chorizo, BOUDIN!
Man oh man.
I gained 3 pounds that day.
