What's for dinner tonight?
We just stuffed ourselves on chicken salad with cheddar garlic biscuits. I baked chicken with lots of pepper and california garlic salt. It was super great.
What are you having?

1. Grilled steaks, baked potatoes, delicious fresh fruit salad, and....
if I can get to it, a pumpkin cake for dessert (and the request of my children).

9. It's hot here today
30C - I'll probably just have a big salad and some honeydew melon for dessert.

I don't get very hungry when it's hot like this.

Organic oats, bran, cider blended. Then, fruit, soy milk, oils, nut butter and lightly blended. Fills me up for hours.

Have a donut? :donut: :donut: :)

21. Thanx for the offer but
donuts are defintely off my list of allowable foods these days. (sigh)

Seriously tho, you might think about getting some Ensure or Boost to get yourself thru these next few days. I've had the vanilla Ensure and it was pretty good.

17. My wife has gone vegan...
.. for health reasons and in support I've agreed to eat a couple vegan dinners a week.

Tonight she cooked some rice/spaghetti combo (plain) and a vegetable dish with mushrooms, fresh corn, black beans and onions. Oh and of course, I get a green salad almost every dinner :)

It was pretty good.

20. My wife's a vegetarian so I don't bring/ cook meat in the house.
Unless it's restaurant leftovers. Since I make the dinners, I find it easier to make the same thing for us rather than making two separate dinners.
