1. does the place even have ice cream trucks?
i mean come on, what if water from last nights rain slid off your car as you drove there? would that count as distributing a drink from a vehical?

2. That's a tough poll - "Do you think police should have cited Ross?"
On the one hand, the law, while understandable in certain cases, is a bit ridiculous in this one, so "No". On the other hand, the police are charged with upholding the law as written, silly or not (yeah, I know there are boatloads of dumb laws that aren't enforced), so it could also be "Yes"

5. san diego police are pretty rough when it comes to the homeless
a friend of mine was down in san diego earlier this year - a young homeless traveling type kid - and he was sitting on the sidewalk when the cops rolled up on him. he was smoking a cigarette and they told him to stand up and drop his cigarette, which he did, and then they gave him a ticket for littering his cigarette, and then ran his name and found a 2 year old unpaid ticket so arrested him for it and he was stuck in jail for 4 days.
