Top this bad ad, please! Michael Steele, current Republican Lt. Gov of MD, ran what must be one of the worst commercials ever. It's just him sitting on a stool in front of big letters that say "STEELE." He says, "I know what you're thinking, I know what you're feeling. The politicians work the angles. You need someone who get things done. You need a change. I'm Michael Steele and I will work against the corruption of both parties." That's all, nothing about any issues like education, war, pollution, crime, etc. Just that he's a change, which not so subtly means "vote for me because I am different, I am African-American and Republican." And then he ends the whole ad with a smirk.

God help us!

at a supposedly of-the-record lunch with some journalists (including Dana Milbank, I think), then recanted after his identity came out? Sounds like a complete tool.
