It feels strange not going back to school today...
for the first time in about 17 years, I have nothing to do on the days immediately following Labor Day. Usually I'd be in class or doing something school related instead I'm at home eating a Hot Pocket getting ready to pick up my little cousin from her first day of school. Yeah this is a really strange feeling...I kinda miss school

2. It's the best feeling in the world!
I had a total of 20 years on and off, of formal education. Seeing school buses is just a small part of the thrill I get knowing I never have to go to a class again!

4. actually that feeling never really goes away
I still miss starting school in the fall and I've been out of grad school for more than 10 years.

What are you planning to do?

5. Not sure
Ultimately I plan on going to grad school next year, so in the mean time I'm just kind of wandering in the forrest of life. I don't have a job, I'm living at home so I'm in no real rush to find one and when my funds get dangerously low, I will probably find something temporary just to keep money in my pocket.

6. I was gonna ask if you were going to grad school
aren't you in sports medicine/sports management? That sounds really interesting. You would think there would be a lot of work in that area.

7. I'm in athletic training
right now it is still a growing profession because not every high school employs one (although I'm pretty sure all public HS in NJ do or are at least trying to hire one). I love doing this job and quite frankly anything that I do in the interim will be boring in comparison. Which is part of the reason why I'm not trying too hard to find other work

8. This fall is the first time in 19 years I haven't gone back to school.
It sucks and it's depressing. :(
