Yesterday, DTBK and myself were shopping at the Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek. Went into a little "French" shoppe and the older woman behind the counter had something weird going on with her hair. It took me back quite a few years. It looked as if she had just removed curlers and did not brush it out. Rows of 'curler' forms all over her head. We wondered: A) Did she forget to brush it out? or - B) Is this a French look?
Ideas, anyone?
