I know this is an online poll about a house race in PA-10, but yesterday a real poll was released about the Chris Carney (D) - Don Sherwood (R-adultering abuser) and showed that Carney pulled 7pts ahead of Sherwood. This is pretty damn major because I know PA-10 and it's an overload of republicans in a rural region of the state. But because of Sherwood's infidelities, that doesn't play well for the religious folks of the district.

Today a TV station in the region did one of these online polls. BCoylePA is a great DUer mainly found over in the Pennsylvania forums; she is also a dedicated Chris Carney Volunteer, she forwarded it to me because her post is kinda sinking (she's relatively new to DU but a really great gal out there working her buns off to turn a red district blue).

So come on everyone - help DU the poll.

21. That's half the reason why I DU some of these polls

in reality they really mean shit. They're nothing more than us lefties battling the righters over who can 'vote, clear cache, refresh' enough times. But what is scary is these news channels will report on these polls like they're some scientifically prepared research following all the critiria of an unbias sampling of voters (And I did a ton of sampling in college with Ecology). I'd rather just bombard the poll to the point that the station has to pull it down and toss it
