MILWAUKEE - Police have four suspects in custody and are looking for more than a dozen more in connection with the sexual assault of an 11-year-old girl.

The criminal complaint filed in the case says the victim was visiting a 16-year-old girl in a house near 6th and Vienna. The complaint says the 16-year-old instructed the 11-year-old to perform oral sex on several teenage boys.

The victim told police she had oral sex with as many as 15 boys and had sex with several others.

She has HIV. Her mother died of AIDS.

A 40-year-old man is in police custody and may be charged with raping the girl.

Someone should be in that neighborhood, in front of that house...like DOING something. Holding a sign? Lighting a candle? Molotov cocktail? I dunno...just... SOMETHING.
