this morning, my daughter woke up at 5. I heard her get up, and i laid in bed and waited for her to come into our room. then i heard her say "No, I'm going to momma's room." my wife was sound asleep next to me. i thought that was weird that she'd say that, so i got up, and went into the living room just as the sliding glass door was closing. i'm fairly sure that my 2 year old foiled an attempted robbery.

so now i feel like you feel when something like that happens. she seemed unfazed by the whole thing. she told my wife that daddy had a hat on when he was outside.
