Do you use DU as a reward to yourself during the work day?

I set goals for myself -- 50 minutes of writing, then I can log on. Problem is, it's so damned tough to get back to the task at hand!

1. I do this sometimes

I used to allow myself to play one game of solitaire after fully completing any task. I learned that it is impossible to play one game of solitaire. So, sometimes I use DU now.

as a way of rewarding myself for having money in my bank account. :D
