try 'em all! Netzero, Juno, et cetera. They're free, right?

Well, to be honest, I'm with earthlink/cable, so I'm no expert. But I can easily imagine needing a free ISP, so that's what I'd start with.

Also, check out your local ISPs.

7. NetZero isn't free...
...but it's one of the cheapest dial-up providers out there.

Juno will give you 10 free hours per month. 10 hours last me like 2 days, but it may be useful for some.

5. My husband did
and keeps it for a dial-up backup in case the cable goes down. I've got to say we've never had any problems with it.
