Help with a song please.
The Greatest Love song by Whitney Houston is famous, but she didn't do it first. 2 years before she did the song I watched a black man sing this song better on Sesame Street. Does anyone remember who he was?

"Greatest Love of All" is the fourth and final single from Whitney Houston's self-titled first album, Whitney Houston, released in April 1986. It was written by Michael Masser and Linda Creed, and originally recorded (as "The Greatest Love of All") by George Benson for the 1977 Muhammad Ali film The Greatest. The original record was a minor hit for Benson, though not reaching the top twenty.

4. I think that's him
She turned it into a pop song to self love. When he sang it on sesame street I was flabgasted. He sang it like a hymn to love yourself and love others.

7. Again, thank you.
I'll look into it. I wish I could find the Sesame Street episode he sang on. I think I probably can next time I have the time to pursue these things. I can't emphasize enough how startling good he was with this song when I was watching with my (then) young son.
