I haven't been able to find an acceptable hotel near the Path in Hoboken. :shrug: I looked into places in Jersey City but the hotel bar closes at midnight x( that's no good at all for a DU gathering. I don't want to risk landing in a bad neighborhood where any of our DUers would feel uncomfortable. So the search is still on.

25. I can't help at all with hotels in NJ.

But I may be able to give you the name of a hotel near Times Square, in the theatre district. I found it for some friends who were visiting the city a couple of years ago. Clean, relatively inexpensive (got the reservation through hotels.com, IIRC), but the rooms were tiny. Perfectly acceptable for a night or two, expecially if you want to be in the theatre district.

Plenty of bars nearby, open very late.:) And super-convenient for NYC DUers, of course.

Will you and Miss Honeychurch have time for a Broadway show? It's almost a shame not to have her catch one.
