My nearly 80 y/o neighbor Mike was a bit saucy today.

Really cool guy. He was in the Korean war, was a submariner, saw the monks (and I mean *in person*) set themselves on fire during Vietnam, and is a free spirited artist. He also helps me by keeping my dog every day while I am at work - ever since he (the dog) was poisoned on two occasions in my yard at the end of June.

So today, I'm outside doing something and he's on his porch. All of a sudden he pipes up - "Hey, girl! You're looking MIGHTY GOOD in those JEANS!" :rofl:

He's also told me on previous occasions - "You know, if I were just 40 years younger you'd be in TROUBLE..."

On this end of the world, I told my boss he could have that shitty job since I'm going back to project management making twice what they wanted to pay me even after a raise.

If everything goes as planned, that is. And plans have a way of dissolving in this life but I'm hoping for the best.
