Joe Sobran is one of those more-insightful-than-thou traditionalist conservatives who, among other things, doesn't like Jews a whole lot.

I personally don't think he quite makes it as an anti-semite, but he's made a career out of "criticizing" Israel and Jewish folks to the extent that his criticism has also caused his career to sink.

Believe me, I have plenty of criticism myself for the hare-brained policies the Israeli government is now following. Sobran likes to dance along the edge but forgets that the edge can inflict some nasty cuts.
