So who's allergies are freakin' killing them today?
I just had to find a break in my 5 minute sneeze fit to take a couple Tylenol Severe Allergy pills...it's pretty bad when I have every symptom on the box: watery eyes, runny nose, sneezing, and scratchy throat. I love keeping the windows open on such a beautiful and cool day but I can't stand alternating between blowing my nose, sneezing and wiping my eyes every 30 seconds.

Fellow allergy sufferers, lets commiserate

1. I feel your pain.
I'm on my third hit of sinus dope and there's no relief in sight.

4. it really does
especially now because I don't have insurance and I'll be god dammed if I'm gonna pay $90 for Flonase. So I guess I'll have to suffer with my OTC stuff that only sort of works for the next few weeks

8. At first I didn't like it...
just because it felt like you were shoving flowers up your nose in liquid form, but it works like a charm so you gotta take the good with the bad. It was my own stupid fault for not thinking ahead...I knew I was getting dropped by my insurance so I should have gotten the prescription filled back then and saved it for the fall...oh well, the Tylenol is doing a passable job

6. There's a lot of smoke in the air here
Smells like a grassfire or something. Anyhow, it's making it really tough to breathe, on top of my usual hay fever.

10. Thats rough
Last year I was in Vegas for a few days and I thought it would be the last place I would have trouble breathing but they had the worst brush fire they had in years the days I was there and it was nearly unbearable. It seems like poor air quality follows me all around the country

9. Zyrtec never really worked for me
neither has Claratin which is unfortunate because I could buy that over the counter. I love the fall but I hate the allergies that comes with it

11. The OTC allergy meds
that worked for me I cannot find anymore. GRRRRR! Zyrtec has been the closest I could find to getting some relief.

14. I agree. Claratin doesn't do anything
except make me a bit tired. It's a waste of money.

13. My allergies have been kicking my ass for 3 days now.
x(

I don't know if it's pollen all of a sudden, or what else it could be. I just wish it would calm down again and let me get some peace.
