They've had a package that was sent to me sitting somewhere here in my town since last Thursday (the 7th) and won't deliver it until the day that it was promised which they say might be around the 19th. That's pretty much the excuse the idiot on the phone gave me. That since it arrived in my town earlier than it was supposed to that they don't have to do a damn thing as it's still considered to be on time.

The outsourced idiots at Amazon.com pretty much said the same thing too. Doesn't matter if the package has been sitting here in the same town for six days, it's still considered "on time".

they didn't get a package to me for 4 days because they couldn't find my apartment. they couldn't find it. the address on the package was correct. they couldn't find the apartment. never mind the BIG ASS NUMBERS on the side of the building, facing the street. they couldn't find the apartment.

but they delivered it "on time". wankers.
