You know, just a plain red wagon on four wheels with a thingy to pull it with?
And, if you can scrounge one, a great big BOX, like the kind a dishwasher or refrigerator would come in.
The folks will love the wagon, and the kid will love the box.
It'll be a cave, an airplane, a train, a secret hideout, a racecar...
Trust me. I used to be one. A kid, I mean. :silly:

Honestly, its not like they are gonna friggin remember anyways. Buying presents for kids that young is more for the parent than the kid.

For my nephews first birthday, I bought him a cardboard book about dinosaurs. He loves books...my sister says thats all they ever want to play with...just read it to them with sound effects, and they get hooked.
