Will you be buying the new Star Wars DVD's

I know I'm not. They suckered me in when they released the trilogy last time and insisted the un-edited originals would never be released. I really hope sales of this set tank but I expect they will sell millions.

I knew these would come some day so never bought those fraudulent versions.

One thing I think I have finally figured out in life. The word "never" is absolutely meaningless when money is involved.

I've have since learned and rarely but movies when they first release them anymore. Unless it is something where I don't care about a special edition.

Yes if non-edited, hell no if edited. I haven't researched it myself.

they are supposed to contain both the original theatrical release as well as the new versions.

Amaozon lists them down below if you just enter Star Wars. I bought the individual DVDs wit htwo versions of the films on them. I'm just hoping I bought the right set.

I see your point but I got the edited ones as a gift. I agree with the other poster - "Never" Never is the truth when it comes to making money and it's clear they could make money be releasing the original cuts.

7. my 6 yr. old is a huge star wars fan...

but I won't spend the money. He has the Trilogy set, that's good enough for him for now.
