ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- An argument between an Orange County woman and her ex-boyfriend led to the man's arrest on arson and attempted murder charges.
Authorities said after the argument, Terrence Leonard poured gasoline on the front door of the mobile home with his ex-girlfriend and four other people inside, including two children.
Deputies said he then lit the front door on fire. The family formed a line and started to pour water on the flames with a cup.
"Just filled it
up with water and just kind of passing it back and forth and were trying keep the flames under control," said one of the victims.
One family member tackled Leonard to the ground and held them until deputies got to the scene.
Fortunately no one was hurt.
