What The Fuck Is A "Happy Ion" Feature? Anyone Have A Clue?
Just bought the Sharper Image Ionic Breeze GP. I'm reading the manual and at one point it says "Press Boost/Ions button until the LED indicator is green to activate the 'Happy Ion' feature".

Problem is, that's all it says. No mention whatsoever as to what the hell the magical Happy Ion feature is or does. On top of that, a search online for some insight into this enigma returns nothing!

Anyone out there own one of these that has figured out what in the world the 'Happy Ion' feature is?

Your help would be appreciated. LOL

1. Positively charged ions as opposed to negative ones?

7. Other way around. The negative ones make you happy. Go figure
Waterfalls kick out loads of them, one reason folks are so fond of waterfalls.

4. I don't know, but check out what I found while googling "happy ions."
Just one thing is puzzling me - there's a button that, according to the owner's manual - turns on the "Happy Ion" setting. No mention of what that setting means, though. I don't even know what "Happy Ions" are...do you? If so, what's the street value for a bag of "Happy Ions", anyhow? More importantly, do I have to inhale directly from the vent in order to achieve a proper buzz? And most importantly, will they show up in the results of my next "wiz quiz"?

Inquiring minds with post-holiday credit card bills want to know.

5. "Happy ions" are negative ions
Perhaps they're happy because they've scored an extra electron?

So, the Happy Ion feature will increase the output of negatively charged ions...

6. Don't use any ionizing features.
It's unhealthy for you and does almost nothing other than give the air that 'after-lightning storm scent'.
Sharper Image products are renowned for being over prices with dangerous or stupid features.
