Good Morning, my crew! :bounce: I am BACK! :woohoo: I'm sorry my "vacation" from DU turned out to be so long. I certainly didn't plan for it to be that long, but everything has been so nutso crazy that it turned out that way. I'm very happy to report that things are FINALLY back to normal and I can return to DU all ready and raring to go! I missed all of you SO much!

I want to send a special thank you to Random_Australian, Airmen's Mom and the rest of you who took care of the morning crew thread while I was away! :hug: I know it wasn't easy.

I hope everyone is doing just fine!

I had the pleasure of meeting MissHoneyChurch on Sunday! :bounce::woohoo: She came into Tallahassee and spent two days with Greekspeak and I and we had a wonderful time! Hopefully, I'll get to meet more of you in the near future!

I'll wait to post the crew roster until I can get with Random to see who has joined since I left!

11. Good, but I had to take a fair bit of time off DU.

I kept the morning thread going for a fair time though, and copied your mannerisms so well, many people thought they were talking to the real Clint!

However, some of the time I was too busy, and now I am just back after cutting my finger rather badly (last Saturday, but friday your time). I am still typing nine-fingered, and the doctors say I will get feeling back in my finger eventually, so that is good!

Aside from that, Australia is pretty good. A few important people have died, our politics are still the same, and today we had some beautiful, beautiful weather!

It was lovely.

As for Steve Irwin, known as a great zookeeper/ conservationist (and also somewhat known for tv shows), thanks for the condolences.

There were some DU'ers who thought he was an animal-attacking tv personality w/ no knowledge about how to help animals. :grrr: Well, I shot them down. Pah! People and their tv! It just plain does NOT tell you much about the world!

Anyway, the rest of my life is going well.

Oh yeah, I ate 1 1/4 whole large pizzas in six minutes today. It was free.

81. It was not chemistry I stuffed up!

It was one of my math things.

How did I eat that much? The real question is how did I do it in six minutes! (I took a small break in that time to have cake and drink, so I took, on average, 30 seconds to eat each slice of pizza, which was cut 8 pieces per pizza)

Most people simply cannot eat that fast. As in, I ate four slices in the time it takes others to eat one. That is half a pizza when someone ate one slice.

Damn it was good. Free pizza = Eat lots quick.

And I had some cakes and drink too, both during and after. :)

And I did not eat tea tonight.

And yes, here in Aus we call 'dinner' 'tea', and also I a going to bed now, so I wish you good morning and sweet daydreams! :)
