I had never heard this album in its entirety - GDDDDDDDDMN! is this amazing!

As strange as this sounds...I like how the guitar is out of tune just slightly on "Queen Jane Approximately." It adds to it...

2. Ain't it great?
My album is unplayable -- there are literally no grooves left in the vinyl. I probably should break down and buy the CD. Congrats on finding a real jewel.

LTH<----HUGE early Dylan fan. Today? Not so much.

5. Better late than never
What a fantastic album. Just Like Tom Thumb's Blues is my favorite, but they're all great.

Bringing It All Back Home, Highway 61 Revisited, and Blonde on Blonde are pretty much the holy trinity in my book.

The sun isn't yellow, it's chicken!

6. great album
So many good songs and albums from Dylan. The more well known ones are great of course but I also
like some of his less appreciated albums too - Oh Mercy, Street Legal, Infidels.
Also, I'm seeing Dylan on Halloween night here in Madison, WI.

11. Right after Katrina
I remember a buddy of mine and I were getting stoned and watching the footage of NOLA on CNN. We were listening to Hihgway 61, and I just remember how stunningly appropriate "Desolation Row" was, considering what we were watching.

14. Also Check out Dylan Live 1966- The Royal Albert Hall Concert
One side is acoustic. The other side is electric (backed by the Band) and the audience was in total disbelief that Dylan had sold out and gone electric. People were yelling at him because they wanted the "old" Dylan. At one point, he turned his back on the crowd and told the Band "Play real fucking loud."

I have Highway 61 and Blonde on Blonde and about a dozen other Dylan CDs but I love listening to this one.
