Of course the pads in mine are shaped like hands, and there's nothing like getting felt up all day to make me giggle. :D

That said, if she likes the look get her a pair of silicone inserts. They'll move much more like breast tissue, you pop 'em in your bra and it's basicly a temporary boob job.

My best friend wore them with a slinky halter dress & strapless bra. We were at a party. As she was dancing one of them leapt out of the top of her bra and bounced onto the beer-soaked floor. Not cool but fortunately the guests were also beer-soaked and most didn't notice. :D
