as a veteran of DU, would you say the religion forums are more dangerous to venture into or the Israel/Palestine ones? Or are there ones that are even more treacherous? I like the plastic laundry basket spaceship....my cat uses one of those for her trips...perhaps they've met? It depends on local procedures. Here both absentee and in-person votes are done on the same optical scan machines. In that circumstance there's no added security in voting absentee. Is it better with your local system? I can't say, so it's probably best to check with the good folks down in the Election Reform and Discussion group or whatever it's called.
