Still feel free to damn him. He's got no excuse for releasing overly bloated, buggy products. (at least open source products have thousands of people working for free from around the world. There's no control. Yet despite it all, any variant of Linux is inherently more stable! What's Gates' excuse?)

Notepad is for .txt or .rtf formats only. Not .doc (though Wordpad's ability to use Word .doc files is constrained too...)
