Poll question: Would the terror alert stop you from flying this week?

I'm set to travel and was wondering your opinions, would you fly through major airports.

1. I don't believe anything is changed
the Bushies have proved they are willing to mess with people for political ends. This terror alert thing is just BS to instill fear. I think it's meaningless in real terms.

3. I am usually more concerned
about maintenance and the age of the aircraft. I usually pat the fuselage when boarding & smile. Superstition I guess. :)

4. I'm going on Boxing Day...
The tickets are bought, and I arrive at LaGuardia @ 2107. However, I am going to wear an outfit containing no metal, put my housekeys in my checked baggage, take my wallet off its chain, keep my passport ready to hand, and wear my shoes untied (they fit fine that way). Last year when I went down, I got "asked" to take my shoes et cetera off not once but twice, so this time I'm going prepared. (I guess I look like a 'terrist' or something.) I also had a US Customs goon give me the Third Degree and then, when I was about ready to give my shoes a coat of polka-dot paint, say, "I'm just playin' with ya!" (*That* kind of thing would get a Canada Customs agent shitcanned faster than you can say "Sir John A.")

Let's just say I'm going, but I'm a tot apprehensive...

5. I wouldn't get on a plane for all the tea in a B-737 galley!
Just kidding.
