2. I went to a birthday last night and it was fantastic!

A whole bunch of us went to a Mexican restaurant and ate and drank. Then we went to the house of the guy whose birthday it was and drank beer and played cards until midnight, whereupon we continued our playing and drinking beer at the corner tavern until 2:30. It was a good time!
