that, and believe it or not--my chiropractor once did an amazing tappity tap tap on my forehead and cheeks. It was a sort of drumming on my face that was almost instantaneous relief. Try the hot washcloth first and then if you have someone that could gently try the face drumming while you're lying down......:hug:
