I hate pet names!

Hate them. Honey, sweety, moogie, cuddlebun, smoochie...and the worst, often said by my cousin and her husband....pookie bear.

GAH!!!

My girlfriend sometimes slips and calls me sweety. I just stare at her. Then she says, "Okay, I'm sorry....jerkface". And then all is better. Yes, I realize Jerk-face, the way shes says it, is also a term of endearment, but I find it less offensive.

I hate pet names.

My wife says things like "Pass the salt, estupido" and "Looks like I'm stuck with you, estupido". Isn't that cute? Apparently "estupido" means 'hot stud' in Spanish.
