It's taking me 3-5 days to get movies now, instead of ONE.

And, I used to mail stuff on Monday, it was received Tuesday and shipped the same day. NOW, they "receive" it Wednesday or Thursday and ship it FRiday. Ugh.

2. Or if your queue is too big...
These days, they just randomly ship out labels going to any old state - not the nearest one as claimed.

And once they get it back, it's not instant when they send the next one out.

I'm close to cancelling; it's cheaper in the long run to buy what I like and re-watch it that way. :(

I love it. I have jut cut back to one dvd and a time, but that's because i don't have the time to watch that many.

I was worried because I'd seen some posts here where people had problems, but so far I love it. We send a movie back, they get it the next day and ship us out another one, and we get it the day after that, every time.

Sometimes it takes a little longer than others to get a movie, but it doesn't happen often enough to me to believe it's deliberate "throttling." We often mail movies back the day after we get them, so we go through a lot of movies, but most of the time the turnaround is still very quick.

10. we were also throttled
we watch a lot of movies. it was taking a full seven days to receive the next movie after shipping one back. I switched to Blockbuster. I've had problems with blockbuster 2x. The first time they responded promptly and corrected the matter right away. The second time I got the run around and the problem is still not corrected. However, Netflix never responded to any of my complaints. I'd recommend blockbuster.

seems like I've had a lot of broken dvds lately.

Maybe it's my mailman. But probably not.

13. I have noticed that it is taking longer to get the movies
For me they come from Minneapolis, I live in Duluth/Superior which is a 2 1/2 hr drive away. I used to get them next day, but now it is taking 2-3 days.

Netflix perpetuates, solidifies and justifies keeping first run movies out of reach for the masses.

You know, there was a time when someone could watch a movie for a dime.
