he is beautiful. Is is as "chatty" as most Siamese?

18. He's is "chatty," but

he's not really a Siamese. His mother is a mostly blue cat who was adopted from a farm on a nearby alp, and his father was a black-and-white feral cat in our neighborhood. We don't know how he turned out so nicely.
