Welcome me back.

Howdy folks. Been gone for a long time, about 6 months or longer. Had to impose exile from the net on myself as i had began spending way too much time online. I gained much weight, and had some bad spinal problems that sitting for long periods did not help.

Now some 60lbs lighter and much more healthy i have returned to the fray. Let us hope i learned my lesson, and continue with my activities outdoors and in the gym.

Oh and Btw, did any of you know staying off the internet is like staying off heavy drugs. I had some horrible withdraws i tell ya.
