:rofl: I never went to Jesus camp, but I did go to day camp several times and summer camp once. I heard stories about Jesus camp from other kids, and I knew they were all doing something clandestine there. :rofl:

16. I had my first kiss at my sisters Girl Scout Jamboree...

I was in the third grade. We hid in the closet and gave each other a peck on the lips. She was in my class (my sister is three years my elder) I still remember her name. My mom was a troop leader. I went on all the functions.

(p.s. I didn't kiss my sister. It just sounds that way.) It was a girl who sat next to me in class.. AKA -Not my sister.

18. I went to a 'Jesus' camp every summer when I was in High School

Although I didn't get laid I can assure you there was plenty of action going on at that 'Jesus' camp. Hell, I tried to sign up to be a councillor but the camp director was kinda glad to see me gone.

It was a music camp run by the Methodist Church in Pennsylvania so it was religious but it wasn't freak-job fundie religious.


Edit note: About 10 years after I was out of high-school, someone from our camp decided to host a reunion weekend at the camp site. The Methodist church stopped using it for a church camp but you could still rent out the cabins and do retreats. That idea lasted 1 summer - most of us pretty much spent the weekend reminensing and getting shit faced on the bottle of Herradura I brought
