Firefox users help!

I changed my computer, and for some reason, Firefox won't allow me to log in to DU. I can view the site and all, I just can't log in. Any ideas?

1. Forgive me for asking, but how are you posting now?

are you using IE?

3. Yes. IE works fine.

But I prefer Firefox. It's never done anything like this before.

2. Couple things ...

Make sure you don't have all cookies blocked. DU needs to set a cookie so it knows you're logged in. If you have them blocked for all sites or have some extension that does this, you won't be able to log into anything web based.

And pardon the question, but what exactly do you mean by "can't log in"? In other words, what happens when you try? Error message, or something else. I assume you mean you click on the Login link, type in your username and then *type* in your current password. Then what? What appears on your screen?

4. Cookies aren't blocked.

As for your second question: When I log in it looks like it's working, but then the screen refreshes and I'm not logged in anymore. It just happens, just like that. I don't understand it.
