Song(s) you crazy-mad love but you can't understand why
One of mine is "Seven Wonders" by Fleetwood Mac. The music is fairly minimal, the lyrics are, well, by Stevie Nicks, while the vocals are Ms. Nicks at her most dragon-like. My brain says I should hate this song, but instead it's one of my very very favorites. Go figure.

And you?

1. I can't believe I'm admitting this
But I've listened to a certain Nelly Furtado song so much my four year old knows all the lyrics.

3. You know, some people might consider that a form of child abuse
Forcing your child to listen to bad pop music

The shame

8. Over the Rainbow - the version with the ukulele. I just love it and
I even love one of Jack Johnson's songs because it has the beginning part with the ukulele.

I don't even know who the song is by but it's in 50 First Dates at the end (I did hear it before that though).

11. "Waiting for a Star to Fall" by Boy Meets Girl
Actually, I know why I like it: it's super-catchy, overly emotional, and even has one of those excellent, super-slick eighties-era sax solos. But the excess cheesiness of it is supposed to make me dislike it, right? Hey, I've never claimed to have good taste... :-)
