Poll question: ***September Photo Contest (prelim) *TREES* Poll #2***

Come one, come all and exercise you right to vote on the great photos the Photography Group has entered in September's contest. We promise to count all votes as cast. The subject of this contest is tree or trees. A poll was conducted to come up with the subject. Simple was a very close second. Because of that the contestants were warned forest may cross the line into a landscape. Voting in the prelims will end on the 25th.

Thank you to all the contestants for entering and being brave enough to have you art judged by your peers. All the photogs would appreciate your comments along with your vote. A big thank you to the lounge for taking the time to look and vote.

This is going to be a hard contest on the voters, they are all great pics. Crossing fingers I didn't make any mistakes in putting up the polls.
Our man is getting lots of attention these days. The Clubhouse might need an addition and an extra bar or two.

One day I am going to figure out how to make video small enough to upload to photobucket so you can see them in action.

47. If not for the unfortunate cropping of Down Santa Barbara, I'd have voted

for it. The signs are sadly too distracting - cropping right above the sign on the right makes a brilliant shot!

They are pretty much all good, but I went with Nature's Reflection - good color, it's a solid composition, and an interesting shot.
