Here the market is slowing but for desirable houses in good areas there is still movement. Our problem is that our house is sort of a "specialty" house and no local will buy it. It's guaranteed to sell, but it's a matter of time & not price or whatever, since housing prices here are low anyway. I'm not afraid of your sob story! Go on, tell me... I can take it :D
