8. In order, probably Braeburn, Fuji, and Golden Delicious (especially from

New Zealand). Not keen on red delicious. And I don't like the way they, and some other American apples, are all painted and waxed...bleh.

And, of course, Macintosh computers.

Japanese Orins are divine. I only see them once every couple of years, and then only for 2 weeks or so. I buy tons of them. The B.C. ones don't quite measure up, but they're still a ways ahead of Ambrosias.

They 'snap' when you bite into them. I love the texture, the crispness and how refreshing they taste. YUM! Every bit worth the extra cost.
